HIKVISION have their Mobile & Desktop Apps that helps its users to access their CCTV Live Views and recorded Videos remotely from anywhere in the world through the cloud (Internet) and IVMS 4500 & HIK-CONNECT are the mobile application of HIKVISION. This application is available in both the Apple store and Google play store. which means this application IVMS 4500 supports ANDROID as well as IOS devices.
Curious to know how to configure/connect this app with your DVR and Watch / View All of your CCTV cameras live CCTV footage and recorded CCTV footage in your Android, IOS & Windows Devices! Download the IVMS 4500 Application from
the Google play store if you are using the android device. Download it from
Apple Store if you are using the Apple (IOS) device and install it on your
mobile.

Allow
IVMS app to access your device, Select The region and click on enter
STEP 3
Click
on the menubar

Click
on the Login button

on Register Hik-connect
STEP 6
Enter
your Email-id or Mobile Number and select the Checkbox than click
on "Get Verification Code" After you have received the
verification code, enter the verification code and click on ok. After your
verification code validation, you will be prompted to the main page of the
application

on the devices

Here
you will have 2 main options to choose from.
Manual Adding & Scan QR
Manual Adding- If
you are choosing Manual adding then you should have the DVR/NVR Serial Number,
DVR/NVR password and DVR/NVR verification code.
to find these details. go to your DVR/NVR.
Open the Menu and click on settings. On the side of the settings, the panel
selects the network on the network panel search for P2P.
On the p2p settings, you will find the
verification code and HIK-connect checkbox select that and save it. Now go to
Device info and note down your DVR serial number. DVR serial number is also
available behind the DVR and on the DVR Box.
Scan QR Code
Another simple step is just to click on
Scan QR code and scan the code which will be available underneath the DVR/
NVR and also it is available inside the DVR settings (On P2P panel) and
enter your DVR/NVR password and verification code and save it. That's it. Your
DVR/ NVR is configured on your Mobile.
Note: Admin is the default username
for all the DVR and NVR

Again you will have to enter your DVR
/NVR verification code to access the CCTV videos Enter the verification
code
